After being stuck on I-25 north of Denver for about 4-5 hours on the night of Dec. 17'th, the State Patrol dispatched one of your trucks to tow us to the La Quinta inn at I-25 and 120'th st. The driver, Bob, was very polite and showed genuine concern for my 70 year old mother and 5 year old grandson. Apparently realizing we had been stuck for several hours without heat, his first concern was not "Where are you going?" or "How are you going to pay?". It was to get my mother into the heated cab of the truck. His consideration for "customers" and good attitude reflect well upon your company.
